The Task
In 2022, a luxury yacht and private jet charter company based in the Mediterranean turned to Shop Aid to help boost their online bookings. They were finding it challenging to attract ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) through their existing Google Ads campaigns and needed a specialized strategy to increase bookings for both yacht and jet charters.
The Results
Within six months, Shop Aid increased bookings by 350%, with a ROAS of 2100%. The company saw a surge in inquiries from affluent clients looking for bespoke luxury experiences. Thanks to the improved targeting and campaign management, their revenue from online charter bookings grew exponentially, helping them expand their fleet and offerings.
How Did We Do It?
We began by auditing the company’s website, focusing on optimizing the landing pages for luxury clientele. Ensuring that ads and landing pages conveyed exclusivity and high value, we also refined their targeting, using a combination of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Ads were shown to UHNWI in key markets like Monaco, Dubai, and the Hamptons.
Furthermore, retargeting campaigns helped capture leads from individuals who had shown previous interest, significantly increasing the conversion rate on high-end bookings.
