Plastic Surgeon and Cosmetic Clinic Case Study

The Task
In 2023, Shop Aid was hired by a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgery clinic specializing in cosmetic procedures such as facelifts, rhinoplasty, and body contouring. Despite being a well-established clinic, their Google Ads campaigns were underperforming, particularly in generating consultations for high-revenue surgeries. Shop Aid was tasked with increasing patient bookings and improving the clinic’s ROAS.

The Results
Shop Aid managed to increase monthly consultations from 20 to 180, delivering a 3200% ROAS. With more patients booking for high-end procedures, the clinic saw a significant uptick in revenue, allowing them to expand their services and invest in state-of-the-art technologies.

How Did We Do It?
After performing an extensive audit of the clinic’s Google Ads account and website, Shop Aid overhauled their digital strategy. We improved ad targeting to focus on individuals actively seeking specific cosmetic procedures, ensuring that the budget was allocated toward high-value services. We used a combination of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns, crafting compelling ad copy that emphasized the clinic’s expertise and results. By focusing on mobile-first strategies and integrating video content, we were able to capture attention and drive a higher volume of quality leads.
